Hello Kitty Haircut

I can hardly believe this will be popular among Hello Kitty fans.. I mean the guy who did this apparently  got his dad’s approval, but what I mean I  have hard time to imagine that to many will adopt the style :D But then again, I was wrong so many many times… LOL

Hello Kitty Dental Clinic Opens in Tokyo

We already know that there is a Hello Kitty maternity, a Hello Kitty airport terminal, Hello Kitty plain, Hello Kitty accommodation and now there is a Hello Kitty themed dental clinic in Tokyo!  The “Hearts Dental Clink”  is Hello Kittyized in every aspect, from the reception to the waiting and examination rooms. The clinc is pink, with Hello Kitty decorations all over the place. Here the Hello Kitty pictures were a nurse hat. The explanation for the Hello Kitty Dental Clinic is that dental clinics have painful and scary images so a little bit of cuteness comes always handy.

Hello Kitty Android Tablet

At the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada that takes place from January 10 to 13 there was a Hello Kitty Android Tablet unveiled.

The Hello Kitty Android Tablet will cost aproximately $200 and will be available until the next holiday season. Here is a review of the demo unit by gottabemobile.com:

The demo unit in the booth was running Android 2.3. It’s got a 7-inch capacitive matte display with an 800 x 480 resolution, Wi-Fi, two mini USB ports, a microSD slot, and (shocker) a mini HDMI port. It has just one camera in the front that looks to be 0.3MP or 1.3MP from the quality.

Though running Gingerbread it only has one physical button on the front, perhaps to make it look more like an iPhone or iPad. The software keeps the important buttons — Home, Menu, and Back — persistent at the top of the screen.

The booth attendants didn’t know the under the hood specs, but it’s safe to say that it’s probably a single core processor with 512MB or less of RAM. Playing with it, the tablet felt just a hair faster than what I’d peg as sluggish, so not the very best experience. Also not the very worst.

Hello Kitty Golf

This is the newest Hello Kitty craze out there :D A guy, Michael Lee had a new idea to “improve” golfing :D   He plans to start a new venture, called Hello Kitty Golf, and filling a gap in the sporting equipments in this field for girls and women’s.

Here is what he has to say:

“This brand was conceived in June of last year,” he said. “We were approached by Sanrio [Hello Kitty's parent company] USA to help them do a line of golf equipment and accessories. What we produced is a few hundred SKUs [stock keeping units, or individual products within a line], from junior sets to accessories, headcovers, divot tools, ball markers, balls and full ladies’ sets. We retained most of the design staff from Nickent into this new company and it designed the entire Hello Kitty set.”

“I have an 11-year old daughter,” Lee said. “She started golf the year before. The pro shop gave her a 7-iron. Then I tried to buy her a set at the country club. The pro said all the clubs are unisex. I saw my little girl and she said, ‘What?’ She couldn’t believe it. Girls and boys are very distinctive at that age. When the Hello Kitty opportunity came up, I became a super hero dad.”

The Hello Kitty women’s set includes a driver, 4-and 7-woods, a 5-hybrid, 7-iron through pitching wedge, sand wedge, putter and mix-and-match cart bag and headcovers available in a variety of colors ($799.99)

Well.. I am still wondering what is that product that will never be available with Hello Kitty :D
